Strong Demand for SenseAgent Systems
Dr Simon Benson, CEO of Levaux Pty Ltd, a Leader in IoT Building Management Solutions, announced that it is holding more than 50,000 sqm of ‘orders at hand’ for its SenseAgent building management solution as at close of January 2018.

Compared to the December 2017 close this represents a ten-fold increase in forward deployment orders to more than a dozen significant building sites across major cities Singapore, Hong Kong, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Since the first release and deployment of the SenseAgent product in July 2017, Levaux has an accumulated 65,000 sqm of orders at hand. This augurs well for Levaux exceeding its own near-term sales and revenue projections.

Engineers, Electrical Contractors and others seeking to deploy the Levaux SenseAgent System have noted the powerful financial benefits.

Dr Benson said, “As Levaux does not yet have any dedicated sales staff, we are encouraged by the strength of orders that have come from website enquires, and importantly, from introductions from our advisors. We are delighted that the SenseAgent solution is also being specified by leading engineering and electrical contractors seeking innovative systems for building designs, represented by Levaux.”

These orders at hand extend into Q4 2018. They are represented by a broad spread of leaders in the building design, construction, management and sales sectors of the market, that include a global property manager, property developer/owner, construction and building company, Asia-Pacific utility, property fund and a multinational consulting engineering organisation.

Second-generation sensing technology
Levaux has also re-engineered and released second-generation sensing technology in just two quarters. In partnership with Finnish company Wirepas we have migrated our sensors to use their routed Bluetooth mesh, quadrupling our wireless communication bandwidth. Additionally the sensing capability has been improved with new metrics including carbon dioxide, total volatile organic compounds, humidity and sound pressure level. The industrial design has been modified to refine metric sampling and dual core microprocessors adopted to improve edge-computing capacity.
